Our refund policy differs based on the product you purchased as follows:

• Monthly Subscription: You will be charged on a monthly basis unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time. All charges are non-refundable.
• 60-Day Plan: The 60-Day plan is non-refundable and provides 60 days of online access to your business plan. After this time, your access will be terminated. If you wish to continue access after the initial 60 days, a subscription extension is required.
• Expert Market Research: Non-refundable
• Marketing Plan Template: Non-refundable
• Annual Subscription: Unlimited access to PlanBuildr for one year from date of purchase. Subscription may be cancelled anytime within the first 30 days.
• PlanBuildr's Business Plan Writing Service: Non-Refundable
• PlanBuildr Entrepreneurship Training Center: After the one month trial period, you will be charged on a monthly basis unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time. All charges are non-refundable.
